How can you not laugh at this? Wouldn't you think a great hotel would want to give guests the opportunity to put a review (or read one) on a travel website?
Or not as the case may be. Maybe Forrest Gump was right. Just because a hotel looks good on a website doesn’t mean I know what I'm going to get. Most of the time things work out nicely, but every now and then one of those nasty chocolate-covered jelly nougat things comes along. So what are the options in polite company? Hide it back in the box? Spit it out? Or...hold your minty fresh breath and deal with it. This is my journey through the hotel box of chocolates.
